In short
- Swipellet is reconciliation software. It reads data and never holds or moves money.
- AI matches are suggestions with a confidence score. Your team stays responsible for financial decisions.
- Claims and dispute responses are drafts. Outcomes depend on each provider’s terms.
- Plans are billed per outlet per month. You can cancel at the end of any billing period.
1. The service
Swipellet provides software that collects payment, settlement and bank data you connect, matches it with AI and rules, checks fees against rate cards you supply, tracks refunds and disputes, and reports on settled and pending money. Swipellet is not a bank, payment aggregator, payment gateway or collection agent, and does not hold, transfer or settle funds on your behalf.
2. Your account
- You must be authorised to act for the business that signs up and to connect its payment and bank data.
- You are responsible for the users you invite, their access levels and keeping their login details secure.
- You must give us accurate business details and keep them up to date.
3. Connecting providers
You confirm that sharing data from your POS, UPI providers, card acquirers, gateways, delivery platforms and banks with Swipellet is allowed under your agreements with them. Connections should be read-only. You can disconnect any source at any time, after which new data from that source stops.
4. AI matching and drafts
Matches, flags, expected settlement dates and fee calculations are produced from the data your providers share and the rate cards you enter. They may be incomplete if source data is missing or wrong. Matches below your confidence threshold are sent to your team for review. Claim letters and dispute responses are drafts for your team to check and send. We do not guarantee that any provider will accept a claim or dispute.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not upload full card numbers, CVV, PINs or banking passwords.
- Do not use the service to process data you have no right to use.
- Do not attempt to access other merchants' data, reverse engineer the service or disrupt its operation.
6. Free month
The free month covers one month of payment history for up to 3 outlets. At the end of the free month you can choose a plan or stop. Your data from the free month is kept for 30 days so that you can continue without reloading it.
7. Fees and billing
Plans are priced per outlet per month as shown on Our Plans, plus applicable taxes. Annual plans are billed in advance. Adding outlets during a billing period is charged pro rata. Refunds are covered by the Refund Policy.
8. Your data
You own your data. You give us permission to process it only to provide and improve the service for your account, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export your data at any time while your account is active.
9. Availability
We aim to keep the application available at all times and to process daily feeds every morning. Delays in files from providers or banks can delay reconciliation. Planned maintenance is announced in the application in advance.
10. Liability
Swipellet helps you find gaps and errors but does not replace your own accounting controls or audits. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for amounts withheld, short-paid or charged by your providers or banks.
11. Ending the service
You can cancel at the end of any billing period from your account settings or through the Payments Desk. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or have unpaid invoices after notice. After cancellation you have 30 days to export your data.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from them will be handled by the competent courts in India.
